Dear customers,
We are informing you about a short-notice emergency maintenance on our network.
"What" will take place?
We are replacing a defective connection between the two halves of our core switch.
"Why" is this maintenance necessary?
During the night of 11/01 to 11/02/2026, a fault occurred in the core switch. Since then, the network has been operating without redundancy. All services are running. The maintenance will restore redundancy.
"When" will the work be carried out?
On 11/02/2026 between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
"Who" is affected?
All customers of the cloud infrastructure as well as all customers on shared and managed hosting.
"How" does this affect me?
Brief network interruptions may occur. We will keep these interruptions as short as possible. You do not need to do anything.
