  • All customers of our shared and managed hosting (excluding budget).

• How will this affect me?

  • The downtime will be less than 30 minutes.

  • We do everything we can to minimize downtime.

We will inform you when the maintenance has been completed.

  • Migration of kunden.aditsystems.de to our OpenStack infrastructure

• Why is the maintenance work necessary / What is the benefit of this maintenance work for you?

  • Performance and stability are improved

• When will the work be carried out?

  • On March 26, 2025, between 11:00 and 12:00

• Who is affected?

  • All users of the email server kunden.aditsystems.de

  • All users of the FTP server kunden.aditsystems.de

• How does this affect me?

  • The migration gives the system new IP addresses.

  • No outage is expected: the services will be switched to the new system in parallel operation.

  • No changes are necessary for you.

  • Customers who have set firewall rules must adjust these firewall rules themselves.

    • We advise against setting IP-based firewall rules.

We will notify you when maintenance is completed or if unexpected problems arise that require an extension of the maintenance period.

• When will the work take place?

  • From 2025-03-17 until 2025-03-28

  • The downtime per system will be less than 15 minutes.

• Who is affected?

  • All customers on our hosting infrastructure, recognizable by the server name of the web server.

    • ending with ssdhosting.a1a-server.de or hddhosting.a1a-server.de

    • ending with ssdhosting.as-vserver.de

  • All affected customers will receive specific instructions with the previous and future IP addresses separately.

• How will this affect me?

  • A maximum of 15 minutes of downtime is planned for each server.

  • All systems will receive new IP addresses due to the migration.

  • All customers managing their domain/DNS entries externally must make the changes themselves.

  • We update domains relying on our name servers.
